Dental crowns and bridges
A damaged or missing tooth affects more than how you look. It can make biting, chewing and speaking harder. Crowns and bridges restore the strength and appearance of your teeth using high-quality materials made to match your smile.
Restore strength and confidence
Crowns and bridges stand up to everyday use while looking just like your own teeth. They protect weakened teeth and fill gaps, and with regular check-ups and good care they last a long time.

Understanding dental crowns
A crown is a custom-made cap that covers a damaged tooth. It is made to the same size and shape as a natural tooth and gives it back its strength. Crowns are used for:
- Teeth weakened by decay or large fillings
- Fractured or broken teeth
- Covering implants or badly discoloured teeth
- Protecting a tooth after root canal treatment
Each crown is made with close attention to strength, colour and fit, so it looks natural and sits comfortably in your bite.
All about dental bridges
A bridge fills the gap left by one or more missing teeth. A false tooth (or a row of them) is held in place by crowns on the healthy teeth at either end of the gap. This keeps the replacement tooth steady and stops neighbouring teeth drifting out of position. Bridges improve:
- Chewing and speaking
- The shape of your face
- The alignment of your other teeth
How it works, step by step
- Consultation: we check your oral health, explain the options and talk through what you want
- Preparation: the tooth is shaped so the crown fits properly; for a bridge, the teeth either side of the gap are prepared to support it
- Scans and design: 3D scans are used to make your custom crown or bridge for a snug fit and natural look
- Placement: once it is ready, we bond the crown or bridge in place so your smile and bite work like new
The whole process usually takes a few visits, and we focus on your comfort throughout.
