Custom dentures for missing teeth

Missing teeth can affect how you eat, speak and smile. We make high-quality dentures that restore the function, look and comfort of your smile. Whether you're missing a few teeth or a full arch, your dentures are made to fit your needs and lifestyle.

What are dentures?

Dentures are removable replacements for missing teeth and the surrounding tissue. They are made to look natural and fit comfortably, so you can enjoy a complete smile again. We offer:

  • Full dentures: replace a whole arch of teeth and sit securely on your gums
  • Partial dentures: fill the gaps when you still have some healthy teeth, and stop the remaining teeth from shifting
  • Implant-supported dentures: anchored to dental implants for extra stability, comfort and a secure fit

Benefits of dentures

  • Eat and speak comfortably again
  • Support your facial structure and prevent a sunken look
  • Improve the look of your smile and your confidence
  • Stop remaining teeth moving out of place (partial dentures)

The denture process

  1. Consultation: we check your oral health, talk about your goals and recommend the best type of denture
  2. Impressions: precise impressions of your gums and remaining teeth are taken for a snug, comfortable fit
  3. Design and fitting: your dentures are custom-made in a dental lab, then adjusted so they fit comfortably and securely
  4. Follow-up care: we show you how to look after your dentures and see you for check-ups to make sure they keep fitting well

Caring for your dentures

Good care keeps your dentures and gums healthy:

  • Clean your dentures every day with a soft brush and denture cleaner
  • Soak them overnight to keep their shape
  • Keep up regular dental visits so we can check the fit and the health of your mouth

Common questions

How long until I can eat normally?+
Start with soft foods cut small and chew on both sides. Most people are eating comfortably within a few weeks, though very hard or sticky foods remain difficult with a full upper denture.
Will people be able to tell?+
A well-made modern denture is difficult to spot. We choose tooth shape, shade and gum colour to suit your face and age rather than an artificially perfect set.
Do I sleep in them?+
Generally no. Leaving them out overnight lets the gum tissue recover. Store them in water or cleaning solution so they do not dry out and distort.
